Daca pana acum dieta echilibrata era optionala, in timpul sarcinii ea devine obligatorie. Mai mult peste si pui de tara, fara carne rosie; apa plata si sucuri naturale in cantitati cat mai mari si cereale integrale la micul dejun. Dr. Valeria Herdea, medic pediatru, vine cu extra-sfaturi.
